What should I make with English muffins? Any good recipe ideas?

Slice apples on top of English muffin, sprinkle cinnamon, put a little bit of butter then put in toaster oven. mmm

We used to make this quick lunch with English muffins all the time. Cut the muffin in two, spread a little pizza sauce on each slice. Sprinkle cheese and chopped tomato and olives on top, or whatever topping suites your fancy. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges become crispy. They are soo good, especially in the winter!

You haven't lived until you've tried toasted english muffins with a little butter, lots of peanut butter and a nice drizzle of maple syrup. YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW GOOD IT IS!!!
Don't forget the fried egg, slice of ham and american cheese trick as well!!

Poached egg with a piece of ham or bacon and a cheese sauce.
Scrambled egg with chedder cheese
Peanut butter and jelly
Cream cheese and fruit or thinly sliced vegetables
Egg Salad
Tuna Salad

It really depends on what you feel like. There are so many different recipes that everybody could say something different and there would be one hundred different ideas.

u can put eggs and bacon in between ur toasted english muffins....its good like that and u can even put sum cheese on it too..

Mmmmm....toasted with peanut butter is my fave.
But you could make little pizzas with tomato paste, cheese, olives, anything else you might have. I'd just run it under the broiler.
