School recently started and I only have a few classes with my friends. I see them at times, but for some reason I feel so lonely and sad all the time. i want to be happier, but I can't help it. And also, a lot of things bother me. I always think about EVERYTHING. I don't know how to explain. Any help?

If your friends are the problem plan more activities with them. Invite them to come do something with you like a picnic or bike ride. Then you have more to look forward to.
It is normal to be sad sometimes, if it seems deep and dark and long tell your doctor but for normal things just work on making yourself happy.
Sometimes you might need a change of scenery I spent the day at the river fishing yesterday instead of indoors on the computer it is a mood changer.
Plan something for the future like a Christmas or Halloween party so you have a goal that is not this week but not forever like finishing college. Maybe a day after Thanksgiving shopping trip you could arraigned.

The best advice I can give to feeling down, and thinking about everything too much is to start learning about positive affirmations. Your brain can either be your worst enemy or your best friend, and it sounds like yours is working against you.

The idea is to repeat positive sayings to drive out negative depressing thoughts. I've put a link to more info below.

I hope you try it, it works wonders!

Anytime in my life when I feel down, exercise always helps. Any form of cardiovascular activity will turn that frown upside down. Push yourself and give it a try, you will be amazed.
