why would you want light breakfast? breakfast is the most important meal of the day - it fuels your body for the whole day and lets it know its time to wake up and start working hard and burn calories.
the best breakfasts - old fashioned oatmeal with anything you can find - milk, water, fruit, berries, egg whites, flax seeds, nuts, dried fruit, honey etc. i also like making toasted pita pockets with grilled chicken and veggies

I usually boil three eggs then I throw out 2 of the egg yolks chop it up then I chop up half of a tomatoe and a small piece of bell pepper mix it up in a bowl with a dash of mrs dash.
