First of all, there is no path around the whole coastline - very difficult to provide one in the Fens for instance.

Secondly, there are still many parts of the coastline classified as "dangerous" with entry restricted by the military. For example, off Shoeburyness in Essex, near Dundrennan in Wigtownshire, by Portmahaock in Weater Ross, etc.

So the answer is, unfortunately, NO

In a word, No! A huge proportion of the coast is open to walkers, but a fair bit is owned by private individuals.
