This guy has a past history of being a cheater...?

Question

only once he cheated on his past girlfriend last year,
and he likes me and i like him...
im pretty sure he is going to ask me out but idk if he'll cheat again, i dont want to take that risk of being hurt, but i really like him...

so do you think people who cheat deserve a second change, [he didnt cheat on me, but one of his past g.fs] or should i just move on and forget him [once a cheater.. always a cheater..?]

You're right, once a cheater, always a cheater. Even if he hasn't yet and seems really nice, you never know what he will do.
