when i take a picture it loks fine but when i go to the album and look its suddenly blurry. how do i fix it?

It might have a low resolution camera in it. When you look at it on the screen you are looking at a tiny picture. Tiny ones always look good. When you see it on your PC monitor it is larger and the poor quality becomes more obvious.
As a test, try looking at the picture in the PC album reduced to as small as the cell phone image. If it looks OK again, you are stuck with a cell phone that just will never take good photos. Use it just for snapshots or just make small copies of the photos not big enlargements.
If you really care about quality keep the camera megapixels in mind the next time you buy a cellphone.
