Girls: Do You Mind.....??

Question

if a guy is more 'calm', like sometimes doesnt say much ?? not as in never saying anything, just like being 'noticeably untalkative.....(but being otherwise nice kind cool bla bla )
does that make you feel like hes not interested? or arrogant? or boring????
how could i avoid it?

Try to be more talkative and make talk. You never know what a conversation could lead to. You just sound super shy though, and that's ok! I might like a guy like that, but I'm a big/loud mouth and I want someone who's gonna yell and scream all the time like I do. My advise is don't be afraid to talk to anyone and try to get to know them. :)
