How do you know if a girl is a sleeping with many guys without asking her?

I like girls that have morals and dont sleep around...so it always saddens me when i like a girl and i hear or see pictures on facebook of her doing disgusting thigs like drinking herself to death, taking drugs and going around with guys...but i like this particular girl and i cant tell if she gets around...what are the signs, and how can i tell?

When a girl is easy going, the signal is so evident that can't be missed.The way that she act,dresses,talk,look,see things around her etc.In other words, cheap reaction and cheap behavior are the vital signals.Look for those and make you own conclusions.
