no, it's not okay or ethical to upset anyone no matter what their race, color, religion or how they look. RESPECT for everyone is what is ok!! Finding enjoyment from another person's misery is just sick!!

Well I was on the fence until you elaborated with the fisting comment. Now I have to say no.
No, that's what's known in psychological circles as "complete a**hole behavior". It's pretty much the same as never showering, then crapping yourself, then enjoying when people are offended by your reeking bodily stench.
Try getting educated and offending the dumbest and most fanatical Christian types with good solid fact and profundity. That's more productive.

Why would it be considered acceptable (or mature) to deliberately go around upsetting anyone, religious or not? BTW, I'm religious, and the things you've posted above (such as speculation about St. Paul being gay, etc.) don't upset me.

Upsetting them with logic and freewill is fine...upsetting them with extreme sexual imagery is a bit rude.
