iight...after i work out i eat these kellogs which r for women basically they make em slim..but i eat em cz they have 0 fat and protein.. is it good or will it make slim ?

Special K is one of the worst cereals on the market with the best marketing strategy - and you as well fell for it...
Only cereals that say "whole grain" not "made with whole grain" (which are bs) are good ones and it doesnt matter how much fat they contain - all food you eat is being converted into energy inside your body and only if you dont spend it during the day stored in fat reserves - its all about calories in vs calories out.
Try Kashi cereals - they are whole grain and the best ones in regular food stores or go to health food store, they have a lot more to choose from.
