Really you are right on the line between regular and stiff shafts.

If you are looking for more distance, a regular shaft will kick a little more, giving you a few extra yards, but at the expense of some accuracy.

For more accuracy, go for the stiff shafts. Being as young as you are, you will probably benefit from the stiff shafts, as you can keep the same shafts for a while.

The only way to know for sure is to talk to your clubfitter and determine which one is best for your game at this point. Good Luck.

I to have a swing speed of 95 and have been playing for 15 years with regular shafts and have not long changed to stiff after having a set of irons custom fit and boy what a difference, no more distance but a lot more control.
I would recommend you have a complete custom fit not just shafts but loft and lie angles and grip size this will all benefit your game.i cut 6 shots of my handicap within the first 4 months with my new irons.alot of places don't even charge for custom fit if you are buying the clubs from them.
Give it a try you wont be disappointed.

Stiff definately. Also make sure you get high-kick point shafts.

You're swingspeed will only increase in the next few years.

Then after a while it will rapidly decrease! Getting old sucks!

Stiff because that is already pretty good for your young age and you don't want to change it in a few months. You will get more control of your drive. I struggled with a R shaft and changed to the SuperQuad 10S and boy what an improvement. My swing speed is around 125, but I do weigh 200 with great flexibility.

My swing speed is 95 and I play with regular shafts and I like them. I too am getting stronger but with a shaft that is too stiff it will go left. I would rather use a too weak shaft and have it go right.

I am a pro amateur and the 15 year old kid that said his swing speed was 135 is a complete lie I swing 127 and I an 26 years old been playing since I was 8 95 is good for your age I would buy True Temper stiff flex if I was you that is steel for your irons and regular flex in graphite for your woods and Driver. Hope I was a help to you and keep hacking at them practice makes perfect.

I'd go with stiff. Like Adam said, you are right on the edge as far as regular & stiff flex is concerned. Since you're still growing & getting stronger, you'd just have to replace your shafts if you went with regular.

Stiff.
You are at the perfect point to use a stiff shaft. Since you're getting stronger it makes even more sense.
