There is no such tax rate as 3.8%. And without knowing your taxable income, it's impossible to figure out how much your taxes will be at year end. If taxable income is $1,000 then tax at 3.8% would be $38, if taxable income is $2,000 then tax would be $76, etc.

That sounds like maybe a state tax rate. That tax would be .038 times your annual income. There would also most likely be federal taxes - no way to guess how much that would be from the info you give.
