it's probably better to eat it after your workout. A piece of fruit would be better before. My personal favorite is a banana before lifting weights.

It's better to eat it after. Protein replenishes the muscles. you're better off with a carb/protein mix before you hit the gym. Try an apple with peanut butter, or cheese and whole-grain crackers. You need the carbs for energy.

yes, its ok but its better to eat one afterwards - protein repairs muscle.
