Instead of visting my dentist for teeth whitening, I go to my local Wal-Mart and purchase some whitening strips called Crest Whitening Strips. They usually start out at $20. There are two sets of strips for about a month period. One strip is designed for the bottom teeth and one stripis designed for the top teeth. Try them, they really work and you will notice the difference in a week!!!!

This may not taste the best, but try brushing with plain baking soda and hydrogen peroxide several times a day. Bring a toothbrush with you wherever you go. Always floss. And, instead of mouthwash, gargle with vinegar, and brush again. Then use a good sensitive toothpaste. (Use a gentle toothbrush, of course - and dip it in peroxide before powdering it with baking soda. Recommend you do this over a paper towel instead of constantly dangling over the sink.)
