After having your first period ? After having a baby? After what? If its a Baby you should not use a tampon are have sex for 6 weeks if it is after 1st period I don't thank it matters.

NOT while you're still bleeding from giving birth. That blood is for cleansing on a huge level, using a tampon toxifies your body.
Plenty of women use them for their first period, though its mor advisable to wait as long as you can. Tampons are just plain dangerous.
My cousin has worked as a nurse for only 2 years, and in that amount of time she's seen a dozen girls die or be hospitalized for a long time because of them.

U must use pads right after the delivery until you stop bleeding, but your next regular period u can change back to tampons.

Never use a tampon until after you 6 week check up ... ask your doctor then if it's ok..s ometimes they may have you wait a bit longer if your stitches or tearing have yet to heal...

If you mean birth, I started a couple weeks after but I don't think that's recommended. I think it's like 6 weeks or something.
