I'm 14 and I'm 5 feet 1 right now. But I have been that tall for 3 years straight. I just stopped growing, and everybody else seems taller than me. I was just wondering, if I needed to drink more milk, or do more aerobic activity so my legs get a little jolt every now and then? Or what can I do that well increase my chances of getting taller than I am now?

If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Girls dont stop growing altogether until they are 18 yrs. Hoew much taller you will grow depends on your genes and also whether you have had your adolescent growth spurt already or not. If you have already developed a woman figure and started your periods you are unlikely to get much taller. If you have still to develop then you could grow several inches.
Nothing you do will make you grow taller than you naturally should be.
If you were abnormally short doctors could prescribe growth hormone or you could have your leg bones broken then grown in tration - but these ar not for you, you are just on the short end of normal.

If you are 14 now, you should not worry about your height because people stop growing at 18 (i don't know exactly but I think it is around 18 - 20 maybe). Drink a lot of milk.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

how tall you grow is all in your genes. look at how tall your parents and grandparents are. that's how tall you should be. there's nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller than your genes are programmed for.
