I cant give you a plan - I think to do so we would need to know what you eat now, what you like and dislike and what you really cant give up.
Here are a few tips though.
2 stones, 12 weeks - you need to loose (2 x 14 / 12) - about 2 pounds a week.
Now to do that you can either exercise more or eat less energy than you use in a day - or even better - a combination of the 2
So food. A pound in weight equates to about 3500 calories - you need to loose 7000 calories a week in less food or more exercise (1000 a day - thats loads!). And that is what you have to eat less. You can do this by cutting out all snacks, replace a morning snack with a glass of water for example. Make changes that you can sustain, otherwise after the 12 weeks you will go back to your old ways and put on weight again. Meals, look for your normal diet but go for the lower calorie versions. You might be able to realistically loose 500 calories from your diet a day and make it a sustainable change by doing that
Next try a bit more exercise - brisk walking takes 7 calories a minute, 30 minutes about 210 Calories, do that twice a day and you are nearly at 500!! (Half your target), but every day of the week - try walking to work if you can, or get off the bus further away or park in a further car park if you can. Then you walk back again at the end of the day.
Apart from that I would suggest an evening walk somewhere, or if you are more energetic, a run, cycle or an hour in the pool a couple of times a week
The main thing is that make some changes, make them sustainable so after 6 weeks you dont put the weight back on again and enjoy what you are doing. Never give any food up (you will crave it, just eat less of them), swap sugary and fatty snacks for fruit and drink more water
Finally - think why you really have to loose the weight in such a short period of time

Weight Watchers is fantastic. I lost 2 stones in 10 weeks and kept it off. There is no food that is banned on it, so you can have choc or the odd curry as all food is given a points value and you have to stick to a certain value per day (worked out based on your age, sex, activity levels).
You can do it on-line too if you can't get to a meeting. Meetings are great and everyone is in the same boat.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

I would cut down big time on carbs I know that people advise against it but that is the extreme version, still have a bowl of cereal in morning and then piece of chicken or fish or some protein with loads to vegs and fruit.............cut out potatoes, pasta, rice bread. and it will drop off I do it like that for three days and then the fourth as you body is needing carbs have them then and then go back to no carbs for 4 days again. you will notice a difference!!.

first of all as someone else said you need a miracle, thats bull 12 weeks is long enough to lose 2 stone, first you should go to your doctor they can advise you on eating plans or often have notices in their surgerys about weight loss groups in your area. are you sure you really need to lose weight though what height and age are you?

you can probably make a few small changes to lose weight. eat healthy with proper portions, drink water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day.

hey, your breakfast is the main meal of the day make sure you eat it, for breakfast have cereal lunch have toast and dinner eat chicken salad the pounds will soon drop off make sure you drink lots of water

Have lots of smoothies instead of normal food, and do as much walking as you can. Have lots of sex too as this helps. Good luck.
