You're NOT ugly.
trust me, you don't need to lose any weight.
Instead, why not do physical activity just for the good of your health. The average teenager is supposed to do 30 min. a day for 3 days a week. (it may be more, I need to get my facts straight -____-) Eat right, excercise, and believe in yourself. You're beautiful :D (don't get the wrong idea.)

I would not lose any weight. It would make you not so pretty.
If you look down at yourself, you think that you are fat but if you stand sideways and look in a full body mirror then you will see your true figure.

Don't lose any weight, you have great curves! Trust me, I have many guy friends and they would rather see curves like yours than skinny unhealthy looking girls!
