You should start excercising. Though you are not overweight yet, and very far from being underweight, you should start taking a mile jog 3 times a week to ensure maximum results.

Your bmi is 21.141. The average range bmi for a 13 yr old is 15.3-22.6. If you lose a few pounds, it will definitely benefit your health, but be sure to lose weight the "right" way.

Excercise, eat right ( no more junk food ), and you will definitely feel better about yourself. But don't expect immediate results. Though this may be a test of your patience, you must follow through with your routine. excercise 20 min. (or more) 3 times a week. You won't turn anorexic this way, in fact excercise increases your endorphin levels making you feel better about your self. Trust me, you are not anorexic, but losing some weight the healthy way never hurts.

Well, your weight to height ratio is fine. I myself am 5'7", weigh about 130 lbs., and am completely healthy. However, I'm a full grown adult and not 13. That being said, this means that you're pretty tall for your age, so your weight is going to be more than a lot of your friends, who are probably much shorter than you.

Eventhough you may seem healthy, not eating enough will cause you to become unhealthy very quickly. Drinking water is excellent. I try to drink at least a half gallon each day. It keeps you hydrated as well as flushes out your system. You should try to eat lots of fruits and green veggies (spinach, romaine lettuce, broccoli, etc.). You also NEED NEED NEED protein and iron. Being a 13 year old girl, you need to be getting A LOT of both of those. Eating some red meat is OK (like beef), but try to stick more to chicken and fish. Those are lean meats that offer you lots of protein.

Just stay away from junk food and work out regularly and you will maintain the good health that you have achieved so far. Good luck!

You should listen to your friends.

Your weight is PERFECT for your height. It has nothing to do with how old you are. I was 5'7" when I was 10. I thought it was horrible. But everyone soon caught up to me.

Here is the chart:

And anorexia is when you are NOT fat or overweight and yet you believe you are so you don't eat because you think you will just get fatter. This sounds just like YOU. If you don't believe your friends or us, then you have a problem and you need to see a doctor. Anorexic's DIE. Being too thin puts a terrible strain on your heart, your kidneys, etc. Being too thin is just as bad as being too heavy.

Please, start eating normally and just go for a walk every day for an hour. You have got to eat or you are going to screw your puberty up.

I would say you're heading in that direction. I'm 27 and was anorexic when I was 18. I'm 5'5" and I went down to 87 pounds. My weight was the only thing I had control over in my life. Obviously, I went overboard. If your not careful you will too. You need to talk to a professional IMMEDIATELY. Anorexia can and will damage your body. Probably more so than you think. You're looking at skin, nail, hair problems. You could also quite having your menstral cycle. Even stroke or a heartattack. Please go talk to someone.

yes and you should talk to your parents about seeing a psychologist or your school councler

thats great that your thinking that it may not be true and theres something wrong

anorexia nad bolemia arnt problems that can be solved over night your probobly going to have to struggle with your weight problems for a good part of your life

once again i congradulate you for catching yourself

theres nothing wrong with wanting to be healthy, but if you dont get a balanced diet you could become anemic,

there are ways to limit all that fat you consume, become vegan and take vitamens to get the iron

but your body needs fat to function your brain included

Calculate your BMI and see for yourself if you are overweight or not. If you're not overweight and a normal weight than you need to stop worrying about your weight and start listening to your friends more because they are probably right.

your weight sounds good for your height, and don't get hung up on the fact that you weigh 135 lbs. and are 13. i 'm 14, 5'1" and i weigh like, 115.
and it sounds like what you're doing could be leading to anorexia, so be careful. just watch what you eat, but don't starve yourself. as long as you eat healthy, you'll be fine!
