I'd say go for it!! I don't think it's right on the guy's part... but maybe he thinks his friend is an a** anyways and doesn't care what he thinks. If this situation creates too much drama though... you're better off without it!!
Good luck! :)

It's ok to do anything you feel is ok. The only thing I guess you might have to consider is the possibility of it being perceived as revenge. But if he left you, then by all means, go ahead. I left my gf once....not for another gf; it was bc she cheated on me. About a week later she was with my best friend. It didn't bother me one single bit, and all three of us ended up being best friends. But everyone's different. What worked for me may or may not work for you. Good luck.

No. Take the high road and be the better person. Leaving you for another girl is bad and you need to get him completely out of your life. Getting with his best friend is good temporary revenge but you'd always be reminded of the guy that left you while you're with the best friend. Move on from this guy's world!!

Just be sure you're not using the friend to get back at the boyfriend. And keep in mind that if you do go out with him, you'll see more of your ex and his new girl than you would if you got in with a different group.

According to the dating gods, what is good for one x is ok for another x. You are both each other's x's. Meaning, not together anymore. At this point it's not an issue. Both of you date whomever you want since you are both single again.

It's OK if the guy tell his bestfriend to,that way there won't be a problem later between them. You be the better person even if your X sucks.

Well, in a rulebook, NO!
But if it's truley for the right reasons, I guess....
Wow! That's tough, I don't really want to say yes or no (I guess I'm not helping).
But if you doubt as much_for it to be questionable_I mean if it's questionabl, and you feel like it's needed that you ask then..... :-(

Yes and no.
Yes you are free to date who you choose when you are single.
HOWEVER, if the guy is a good friend of your Ex, he wont date you. If he does date you that means he's fully accepting all the weirdness that will be between you, him and his friend. In that case he wasn't a really good friend anyway.
So in short. If he says yes to your date. Your off scott-free.
