How do I measure the impedance of my headphones?

Imepdance for audio devices such as speakers, etc., is typically measured at 1,000 Hz. You need an AC ohm meter to do this to be able to measure the inductive part of the impedance. You could look up the specs on line, it would be easier.

Use a ohm meter, available at walmart for about $5
