there is this guy that ive liked for a long time.
a very good friend of mine asked him who he liked. he said he wanted to keep it a secret.
he only told her that it was someone on the tennis team (which narrows it down to 7 girls and i am one of them)
he told one of the girls on the tennis team and i already asked her but she wont tell me. she told another girl and she wont tell me either. so that narrows it down to 5 girls. then i heard the two girls talking to another girl on the tennis team and they were only giving the girl hints. they said it was either me or two of my friends. so that naroows it down to 3 girls. he has given me signs that he likes me but i dont know. the guy i like knows that im friends with the girl who asked him who he liked. i dont know. some hints hes given me were.......
1. said i had pretty eyes
2. drew a picture of me
3. he is always starring at me
4 and other things that are smaller. but he didnt do it to the other 3 girls. does he like me????

It sounds like he likes you. Ask him straight out and see what he says or invite him to meet you at the movies or somewhere public and harmless. If he says yes, you have a better idea. If he says no, then you're still in the dark.
When you ask him, make sure it's somewhere other than at school in the halls or somewhere extremely public. It will embarrass him less and if he says it's one of the otehr girls, it will embarrass you less.

Hey, he's being mysterious about it and playin a cute little game so play along...Go up to him and say something like. "How would you show someone that you like them b/c I have a crush on this guy and don't know how to tell him." He'll probably either ask who it is or just tell you. If he asks who it is, give him hints that aren't vague but so that he won't know for sure that it's him. It's cute and that way you're telling him w/o tellin him. However, he may just wanna know so at that point you can trade secret for secret. "I'll tell you if you tell me." It may seem cheesy but it'll ease the tension and kind of take the pressure off both of you. Especially since you're already friends it shouldn't be hard to approach him with such a general topic. ;-) Good luck

Don't get information from other girls about a boy you like.
Talk directly to the boy and get a straight answer--unless you are under 16 years old and like the guessing around game.

he's just beating around the bush... he likes you lol... guys tend to like to play games.. and they're kind of scared of rejection or just the girl not feeling the same way.. so they like to play it safe with games...you should tell him how you feel and see where it goes from there
