no, the only way to permanently lose weight and keep it off is with a permanent life style change to healthier eating and daily regimen of exercise.
unless of course you want to go the surgical route, and that does NOT always work.

wel in these days
many of the scientists had proved that u can loose ur weight in 3 days by wearing slim shoes or having herbal tea (u have to wear the slim shoe whole three days / u have to drink with a break of 5 minutes, the herbal tea)
if you do it 12 hours a day for three days (36 hours) then you wil loose ten kilo grams but a better 1 month diet is much better and healthier

It is possible to lose the weight, but the trick is to keep it off, and those products do NOT work to keep weight off. The only LASTING thing is a life style change to eat a healthy diet with added fruits and veggies instead of white sugars and white flour in the foods AND to do some kind of exercise~~walking is sufficient~~for 30minutes daily. It really is simple and safe and doesn't cost what those other products do. It's a life style change, simple but takes committment on your part.

nope. the way to lose weight is to eat less and/or exercise more. what you need to do that successfully over a lifetime is motivation and education. I have found that reading helps a lot. Start with a book by Covert Baily called "fit or fat" Its short and motivating and it explains exercise physiology, which is the key to developing a good metabolism.

Exercise does not have to be painful or boring. You can find ways to exercise that you actually enjoy and look forward to. Your body will release endorphins and you will want to do these things because you feel good while you are doing them.

I believe a lot of people try to start too fast or expect instant results and end up in pain or disappointed. So start out by doing a little reading about it, and find your motivation and try some different exercise methods and pick the ones that make you feel good.

the only thing that will make you loose weight is a healthy diet, smaller portions and a regular exercise routine. Seriously, weightloss pills whether it be herbal or synthetic don't work by themselves. You must establish a cardo routine at least 3 times a week.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

A cheaper approach is to simply eat less and exercise more. That works pretty much every time. And, you save money because you're buying less food!

no - herbalife are not the best supplements on the market but they are one of the most expensive ones. You will find much better things in health food stores.
