My girlfriend popped her cherry herself. She's still a virgin but did it on her own. I'm fine with it but I wanted to ask whether it will bleed more. She said it didn't bleed much when she popped it but I had heard that it may bleed again the first time.

Anyone know anything about this?

The "cherry" is a soft tissue in the vagina it "pops" when there is extra stretching of the tissue, and that's why it bleeds, cause it rips, but once its gone you can´t make it bleed again.

And unlike some ignorants who have answered you´r question that is not how you determine a virginity, if she says she still one, and you believe her, that's all that counts

Did she do it recently or has it happened over time? If she did it recently, it may bleed again, but not likely, and very little. I'm curious why you feel the need to know this or why you need to be"fine with it".

Is she into any activities? that could be a possibility with some activities for a girl's hymen (aka 'cherry') to rip. this does not advise she's no longer a virgin, purely skill the membrane wasn't there to be broken.

I certainly don't mean to be insulting, but if my girlfriend told me that she punctured her hymen, on purpose, I would have an extremely hard time believing her. Unless, of course, it was an accident, or she was not aware of the importance of having that little piece of skin intact to some people. If her being a virgin was a factor that influenced your relationship, you should get to the truth, but I don't think you'll like it.

Are you sure she "popped it" herself? She did it with what? a vibrator or something? Anyway, it differs a little from person to person but most likely she won't be bleeding much anymore. Maybe slightly, especially if YOU are bigger than whatever she used but anyway... weird one...

lol. pop her cherry. That sounds cool. =)

okay okay.. anyways. If her cherry's already popped, then when you have sex, it will be a lot easier for you and her. Because, it's already stretched out. It will most likely NOT bleed again. If it does, it just means it wasn't stretched out ALL the way....

Well, when it bleeds, it's only a few drops. It's not like she's gonna bleed all over your boy parts or anything. Just chill.

I assume you are talking about the hymen, which has about as much to do with your virginity as skywriting has to do with Shakespeare. To answer your question, if it bleeds at all, it should not bleed much, and if it persists for more than a few hours, she should see a doctor.

I like the guy who writes "Your a dummy" and what he really meant to say was "You're a dummy". The irony of one person who doesn't have a basic grasp of the English language calling someone else dumb for asking a question.
