am pretty much good in that, but from other hand, i don buy the thing i was always waiting for that... like lets say i wanna buy a laptop, aye? I collect two months money and at the end am buyin like 3 types of calculators, (pocket calculator, normal nonprogamable calc, and one graphical hyperbolic calcs , the ones which has nuclear lunch bottom on it :P lol) or an ipod, or a mouse... i just spend it on other things without buying the thing i needed and i had the money to buy it...

it depends what u want to buy, and relative to the price, ur income and ur monthly expenses, u do the calc how much u have to w8 for somethin that u wanna buy...
its called relativity, as einestien said it B4.
Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity."

Not really. I live by approximates. If I can't afford it I don't save for it. I get easily frustrated when I don't manage to save. But if I like something, I come up with ways to earn enough money to have it without the need of saving. If I realize that it's impossible to have it, then I move on to something I want the next time and see if I can afford it. And so on and so forth.

That's just me. Living life with simpler pleasures so everything I want is within arms reach.

I cant save money, I am a big spender. I just buy on a moment. Only if I had saved.... it would have been very nice.

Pinky dont you think I should borrow Mercury's "scientific" calculator to start saving?? lol At least he has something to count with I don't even have that. lol

I wasn't, until after I got married. Now I can save enough. But thank God the inflation is down so we can borrow from a bank and pay back monthly. I have time until next April to pay for my car but I am planning on finishing it by January.

lets say if I'm given 150 ytl for one month. i also make my parents buy me bus cards/tickets. so my needs (transportation, food, drinks vs) cost about 50 ytl. for myself (books, clothes, pens, cds etc) my maximum limit is 70 ytl per month. so i save at least 30 ytl per month. if i feel like like saving money then i can save up to 50 ytl. and also for special days we have bairams and so on "children" get extra money. for example today's my birthday and i wanted my parents to give me money instead of giving gifts. well i know it doesn't seem much to you. but i can save almost 400-500 euros per year. and i also have little amount of money in the bank. i plan to do my master after university somewhere in Europe and i plan to use this money there.
