so you think you are superman do you? guess you learned different....suggest that you apply cold. Take a towel, get it wet, put it in a plastic bag and in the freezer, after a couple of hours take it out and wrap your thigh until the cold is gone. Do this every four hours and keep moving to prevent the tendons from getting too tight. The cold will reduce the inflammation you have created, the icing will make you sit and rest them, and the walking will keep you limber. But you have over done it big time, and I doubt you will make the tryouts. Hope this little lessons helps you learn to consider the consequences of your actions before you do something stupid again.

Epsom salt and very warm bath water. Soak for about 20 minutes!! Also take Motrin!! Keep Motrin in your system. This will help with the swelling. The hot bath will help release the acid buildup in your uscles!

Well that was boneheaded! I guess you learned your lesson in stretching.

Unfortunitly nothing. You can try topical creams for muscle cramping, or if you have a prescribed medication such as high dose Flexoral, but there really isnt anything you can do for spasms.

I would suggest water, possibly a banana or two, and toughing it out. And becareful

OKAY,
HERE IS YOUR ONLY SHOT MORON

FILL UP A BATH TUB W/ ICE WATER. SIT IN IT AS LONG AS YOU CAN TAKE IT. NO MORE THAN 5 MIN AT A TIME. THEN ALLOW YOURSELF TO COMPLETELY THAW OUT. REPEAT OFTEN. ALSO RIDE AN EXERCISE BIKE WITH NO! RESISTANCE FOR 20 MIN AT A TIME.

REPEAT THESE CYCLES AS THEY WILL MOVE THE CHEMICAL TOXINS OUT OF THE MUSCLE

DELAYED ONSET MUSCLE SORENESS. ITS A *****
