usually yes. most files in the temp directory are extracted for for installations and such, they are usually in a temp directory because they are temporary and not needed after that.

Just in case maybe you could copy them to a flash drive or something

Yes when you open your browser, go up to the menu bar and choose tools and then scroll down to Internet Options and select it when it opens you can delete all of the stored files that your computers stores.
Note, I try not to delete my book marks but everything else I get rid of at least 1 time a week.

Certainly you can delete all files in Temp.

But this should be part of your Disk Cleanup. When you checkmark all the items that are cleaned by this utility, temp files should be regularly there.

Delete some unnessary programs on your hard drive and empty your reycle bin... this will clear some space... also delete little ammounts at a time... this will work better... do a defrag for more space too!
