Sometimes the popping noise you can hear after exercise is just muscle or tendon moving over a joint. It's normal and happens more in some people than other people. Does that mean she's hurting or not? I don't know. You might want to think about taking her to a doctor where they can assess what she's feeling.

There is no medicine for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 90% success in treating all pains confirms it.
The problem is of "wandering bi" type. One can't tell when and where the pain will be.
Acupuncture is the best treatment, but can't be given to such a small child.
Pl follow following does and don'ts.
Keep the child away from all sorts of cold things - atmosphere, food, drinks etc.
All hot things will suit the baby well.
Daily massage the child with the Ayurvedic Oil - "MAHANARAYAN TEL" or any equivalent. Wait for 1/2 hour minimum in warm room and the take for bath with slightly hot water daily.
Avoid powdered milk, stale bakery foods and biscuits, citrus fruits.
Fresh food, goat/camel/cow milk preferably, sweet fruits, green vegetables will do good.
Honey + water twice a day instead of milk can do well, especially if cough is there.

She could be faking or serious. I think she is being serious. Does she complain if not doing anything? If so then you must take her to her doctor. If not then she must have a joint problem. I hope this helped.

Possibly growth. How old is the child? I would take her to a doctor and let him/her figure out the diagnosis with the symptoms. Don't trust YahAns junkies.

At two and a half years old, I think it would be wise to have her looked at by a pediatrician. It's probably nothing, but you never can be too safe.

She may have discovered that by complaining about something she gets your attention. Start noticing her for other reasons and see if your need for attention (complaining) goes down.

you don't mention how old your daughter is, that would be helpful to know in assessing her behaviors.
