Take vitamins, drink orange juice, lots of soup, take some nyquil. Nyquil is the key ingredient.

You have 3 options:
1 - Prayer Only
2 - Prayer and Medicine
3 - Medicine Only
1 is dismissed by most people because they know it doesn't work. 2 for some reason seems to be the favorite of a lot of people, which is odd considering 1 doesn't work on its own. There has been no evidence (save for the placebo effect) that 2 is any different from 3. If 2 and 3 give the same results, than why bother with prayer? It is a useless extra.

I usually do both (pray and take medicine)..... Get well soon.
PS My one day cold cure is effective, but not for everyone: eat some insanely hot food (authentic chicken vindaloo, or even pizza with tons of crushed red pepper on it). Apparently, the cold virus can't stand spicy food, and though you'll spend the night running to the loo, you'll be cured tomorrow.

There was one God who came up with some things to promise to those who are faithful to Him. Take your medications or not, it's not my business.
But the God who promised these things is trustworthy. He promised as he is the Lord of Salvation, 'salvation' means more than people think!
Definition
1. deliverance, preservation, safety, salvation
1. deliverance from the molestation of enemies
2. in an ethical sense, that which concludes to the souls safety or salvation
1. of Messianic salvation
2. salvation as the present possession of all true Christians
3. future salvation, the sum of benefits and blessings which the Christians, redeemed from all earthly ills, will enjoy after the visible return of Christ from heaven in the consummated and eternal kingdom of God.
Fourfold salvation: saved from the penalty, power, presence and most importantly the pleasure of sin. A.W. Pink

If you are a worshiper of 12 Gods, there is one who promised something to those who serve only Him! It's your choice.

Go with the drugs. They help. And if you're not sneezing boogies all over you have less of a chance to spread the hit-by-truck disease. Trust me - I'm just getting over that hit-by-truck cold!!

Go to bed. Sleep is the best medicine for a fever. Rest is what your body needs. I learned this while raising three rambunctious boys. It hasn't failed me in 23 years as a parent.
p.s. when our bodies are not well, it is hard to focus on anything like love...

Awww, (((SO12G))).
Take a Tylenol to bring down your fever. Drink plenty of water. And don't participate in the R&S drinking game very much... Unless it's orange juice.
Orange juice and vodka.
Just kidding.
