No health insurance. They do no have access to Medicaid in spite of what some of the foes to reform state. They go to the ER like the rest of uninsured America and get help there. They have no access to preventative medicine. Purchasing individual insurance is cost prohibitive

They go to the emergency room where everyone has to be treated and then some don't pay the bill after they leave. They can also use health insurance from other countries, so even if they are illegals, they still could have health insurance from theri home country.

NO need for health insurance?
illegal aliens use Emergency room for their primary source of health care. by law No one can be turn away regardless of Immigration Status...guess who pay the bill?

Illegal immigrants get health insurance the same way everyone else does. Either through their job if their job offers it, or by paying for an individual policy.
The only difference between illegal immigrants and others in this regard is that illegal immigrants cannot recieve Medicare or Medicaid.
