Your body needs 1500-2500 calories per day. It takes 2X that to burn one calorie. If you splurge one day on 1000 calories, just eat a healthy lunch and maybe dinner the next day and it will all balance out. Everything is bad for you in excess. Ice Cream is actually very high in Calcium and Vitamin D. This makes strong bones. It is just very high in fat in its cream form. Don't dwell on a few calories. Live your life

How much are you planning on eating? A person body weight can fluctuate about three pounds per day, depending on what you eat. Generally, if you eat the same amount of food everyday and exercise the same amount, your weight will stay the same. If you eat three full meals but one day you also ate extra stuff (ice cream, or whatever), you will likely gain a little. It wont be permanent weight unless you continue to eat more than you normally do.

Not likely but if you pigged out today and consumed a lot of other calories you could gain a pound or a 1/2 pound. However; if you reduce your calorie intake tomorrow you should lose that little bit of weight.

Either way life is too short! You should enjoy an ice cream every now and then.

the respond is: consistent with possibility. in case you consume greater energy than you burn off, you will income weight. in case you consume much less, you will drop some weight. A bowl of ice cream could have everywhere from 200-500 energy. in the experience that your bowl of ice cream does not bypass over your alotted energy (between 1800-2000 for many,) then you certainly won't income weight. With that pronounced, that isn't any longer possibly healthful to consume a bowl of ice cream each night. specific, a sprint indulgence is powerful, however the keyword is "a sprint".
