A lot of people think that the initial rush you get from being sexually intimate with someone new is the best. I do think that sex gets better over time once you find out what buttons to push and completely get to know the other person.

The first time is a rush, but that's because it's the first time, but in all honesty, it's usually more of a bumbling around type of thing. Given the opportunity to learn what your partner likes and dislikes makes for a much better sexual experience.

I think while the first time is "new and exciting" after that you are more comfortable with them. I actually think the sex I have now after almost three years is better then the first time. Maybe it's because as a female how much you enjoy sex can be so closely tied to emotions.

I would have to agree. Yes the first time can be wonderful, but it can also be pretty awful depending on the person and the chemistry you may have. I do believe things get better with time, and if you know what buttons to push, it makes it that much better.

First time is also the best here. It really doesn't take that long to find all the spots sexually. The trick is to find all those spots first before the true personality comes out.

i completely agree with you. The first time you have sex with someone new I feel like yah its exciting but then again its a little awkward because you do not really know what turns them on. I believe that sex gets better over time as you get to know exactly what turns one another on.

I've typically found it to be better over time...as both parties are usually more relaxed, have learned something about each others sexual likes and dislikes, and often there's more emotion involved as they've become fond (or more) of each other...

Sex with someone your use to, is usually better because they know your body better than anyone no. Sex for the first time with anyone new is usually disappointing until, we begin to learn each other. I would chose to have sex with someone I'd had sex with versus someone new, anyday.

Maybe this is the difference between cheaters and monogamous people. I like it better late on when the pressure to preform perfectly is off and you both know each other's dance styles.

It only gets boring on subsequent encounters if you lack imagination.
But the feelings of intimacy with a lifelong partner grow as the relationship grows.
