Are "Mexicans Without Borders a strongly anti-American group that refuses to embrace American culture, refuses to respect American sovereignty and certainly does not respect American laws,"?
Prince William Chairman Corey A. Stewart, R-at large, said congress and the president aren't doing their jobs when it comes to illegal immigration, so the task is left to the county.

"Congress has failed. The president has failed to attack this problem and as a result, communities such as ours are paying the price in terms of crowded classrooms, crowded jails and hospitals," Stewart said Monday at a press conference held by Help Save Manassas, a local grassroots group opposed to illegal immigration.

"Because the federal government has failed, Prince William County is stepping up to the plate," Stewart said.

Help Save Manassas held the press conference to mark the end of the weeklong boycott that was aimed at Prince William County businesses.

Mexicans Without Borders, an immigrant rights group, organized the boycott to protest a resolution that would deny county services to illegal immigrants.

Dan Arnold, vice president of Help Save Manassas, said people wouldn't be bullied by Mexicans Without Borders.

"We're here to affirm that our residents and their government will not be intimidated or dissuaded from protecting the cities, towns and neighborhoods of Prince William County," Arnold said.

The press conference followed a Sunday demonstration

Boy, why is it that some people only mean "America" when they start talking about "blurring borders?"
When are they going to "blur" Guatemala's and Honduras' borders so their Mexican brothers can go there instead of sneaking into a foreign country like the U.S.?
And speaking of "bluring" they like to use the word "immigrant" instead of illegal alien a lot.
And why do people who try to obfuscate these subjects always seem to have,..... immigration "issues."?
Funny how some will quote Emma Lazerus' poem on the statue of liberty but show them a copy of the immigration law and they get, "amnesia" they forgot how to read!
"No speaka da English."
None of this stuff is negotiable, if you're in the U.S. illegally you need to pack up your belongings and leave.
When the Immigration Police come they take everything, bank accounts, houses, cars, cash, everything.
This is not and *never will be* your country.

Without quoting the cr ap that the French wrote on the statue of liberty I'll say yes. They are virulently anti-American and take advantage of the low class, uneducated common denominator that make up their membership. Much like the morons at La Raza they preach hate and have no desire to assimilate.

Dang, that was a Johnny Cochran moment...

Preach Hate with No Desire to Assimilate...

Yes. Mexicans Without Borders is an anti-American organization, as is La Raza, and any other pro-illegal immigrant/immigration advocacy group.

Mexicans Without Borders is not anti-American anymore than Jewish Diaspora organizations are anti-American.

Mexicans are good people. I know them and have worked with them. Hardworkers. Strong family values. Religious and honest overall.

I don't hear any of this "La Raza" stuff except from the lips of conspiracy theorist-loving Americans.

Any group who's agenda denies borders is anti-America... and anti-Mexico... and anti-every other nation with borders.

But, I suspect the name is more a conciet than a condemnation of the sovreignity of the globe's various states.

Well that and if you haven't heard the president of Mexico has said in his recent and only address to his nation that where ever there is a Mexican there is Mexico or something of that nature it is from the leadership of both countries that is our downfall

It sounds like an oxymoron to me. How do you define 'Mexico' without reference to borders?

Otherwise wouldn't it be some other country?

Jeniann, what a Greenwich poetess writes for a community organization contest is not law of the land. And it nowhere says 'give me your lawbreakers'.

I think they are trying to associate themselves with Doctors without Borders so they might look like they have some intelligence.
