Im a guy and when i hang out with girls who wear low cut tops and they knowingly have their boobs hanging out of their shirt, i naturally stare at their boobs. why does if offend them/(you) when a guy stares at your boobs when ur flashing half of them for us to see. its like you want us to look at your boobs if your wearing something low cut and when we do you get pissed off or think were purvs when we do

Stupid isn't it? If I wear a low cut top, I don't pretend to be surprised or offended at the attention, even if the shirt wasn't work specificially for that purpose...males are more visual than females and they are naturally going to look/stare at something they find appealing, especially if it's even remotely sexual (as breasts are).

Fashions change and sometimes certain cuts are more in style and present in stores than others. For example, this summer tank tops that flowed out in the belly and waist area were everywhere, and I (not intentionally) bought several of them. My boyfriend joked that they looked like maternity shirts and it was the first time I'd even thought about the cut and style of the shirt, but he was right. I didn't buy them because I wanted a maternity-like shirt or thought my stomach is so huge I had to hide it under a tent; I bought the tops because they're cute and were basically the only style of tank in the stores this summer.
When your friends wear "low cut" tops, it is entirely possible that they just liked the shirt or that cut happens to be in style right now. They don't necessarily make the purchase with the hopes that you or anyone else will stare them down and leer at their breasts.
Try looking at their faces.

Would you like it IF she stared at your crotch all night just because you wore nice looking jeans? Didn't think so. Low tops sometimes make a female feel more feminine and femalish and hey their proud of their boobs . Some guys are leg men and etc. . . . Some women keep their toes painted which may be a turn on to some guys. Whatever floats ones boat .... Just don't be rude in staring unless her nipples are hanging out , then I would say she gets whats coming to her !

Us like women.. have a chose.. either to wear it low or cover up. If a guy stares at my boobs then that's what I could expect because a guy is a guy.. just some people will be more discreet about it. And if i don't wear it low and i get a stare, then I know it's not simply my boobs.
i wear low tops to show how I feel (sexy, although i feel sexy when i'm covered up too)
, but I know to expect different looks from different guys.. good and bad.

Yes I know that people will look.
Yes I know it turns guys on (duh.. why would I wear it otherwise?)
The ONLY time I get hacked off is when the guys talk to my chest and not to my face. So.. if you are talking to the girl (and not her boobs) she really has no reason to be upset. She is getting the attention she wanted when she put the top on. Most the time though I've noticed that while a girl may say she is upset its either because she is now thinking that she is a slut or is secretly enjoying it and doesn't want to appear to be a slut). either way the girl is the one with the problem.

They are wearing their low-cut-show-off-the-boobs shirt for the hot guy down the hall. Not you.

You get dressed, comb your hair etc. You don't want anyone staring at you, you might appreciate some attention, but it would make you uncomfortable for anyone to just glare at you nonstop like a retarded mule. And just imagine if a guy was looking at your crotch non stop... Like a starving puppy. Well guys, women don't want you sorry, loser azzes staring at us. It's just as icky to have some half evolved knuckle dragger staring a hole in you as it is for a guy to be doing it to you! We don't want YOUR attention. And a glance is one thing, a leer just sucks. I personally don't wear ho tops and most girls who do really shouldn't. But now you know the answer. Would you guys really want a 300lb girl with facial hair, a dozen cats at home and armpit rings to be looking you up and down? Now go look in the mirror.

Honestly not all girls are the same.. There are girls who wear low cut necklines not because they just want to flash them, but because that's fashion! And, yes there are girls who flashes them not because they want men to stare at them but because it boosts their self confidence that they have nice breasts, and they look good. Seriously, men do really stare, more often than women...not just with breast but even with a lady who has a beautiful face and figure. A gentleman doesn't stare, even how distracting it maybe,, they try to get hold of themselves and act casually as if they don't see anything "distracting". Simple, don't stare! :D try to make a very good impression by having a good intelligent conversation rather talking with your eyes staring at ladies breasts.. its nice to know a man who is not acting such a perv.. there's a difference of Glancing one's eyes (but not often) and staring at them. Checking them out once is fine.. but do u really have to stare?Of course we all know that's rude.. there's more to women than just breast..even how much women flaunt it.. try to get a grip!

I don't wear low cut tops (not for any particular reason) and it still mystifies me why girls do and then get offended, like you asked.
Perhaps it's just because they're complicated, or they enjoy the attention and then fake like they don't, I don't know. Maybe they just enjoy wearing them?
But if I intentionally wore a low cut top, it would be knowing that guys would probably have their eyes glued there, and I would accept that fact and not be bothered by it.
Good question, though.
