It would probably stop very much of it, especially if you have rotting teeth. Most of it would be the decay.

No, it won't as the reasons for your rotting teeth is based on what kind of care (if any) you take. Do you brush at least 2 times a day? Do you floss before brushing? How about using a water pick to get those particles nesting in between your teeth? Rinsing with mouthwash would help, but not if you don't take any care of your teeth. You should see a dental hygienist at least twice a year to scale down the plaque on your teeth (everyone gets them, some worse than others especially if you eat lots of sweets).
If you have these problems, no amount of cosmetic dentistry would take care of the health issues. Your teeth would look good (for a while at least) until the decaying gum tissue undermine the structure of your teeth.
Everyone is afraid of the dentist, but if you don't see one and you aren't doing all the things I mentioned above, chances are as you get older, you won't have many left to worry about.

Crooked and rotting teeth can be perfectly done with a cosmetic dentist.
You could go for laminates or even better a ceramic crown for durability.
For bad smell, you need to get scaling and that is advised every six months.
Once the calculus is accumulates, you'll have no choice other than going to a dentist and cleaning it.
Thereafter, brush twice a day to avoid plaque and calculus accumulation.

Cosmetic dentistry for a mouth full of cavities and crooked teeth is a waste of time and money.
First, get a handle on fixing the cavities, then straightening the teeth, and with all of that the bad breath shoould go away.

getting rid of the Rotten teeth will along with good dental hygiene. Go to the DENTIST. The bad breath is literally from the decay in your mouth.
Get yourself a good Oral B electric toothbrush...2 min twice a day....floss everyday...and after each brushing rinse with Listerine..this will do it along with normal cleaning by your dentist.
Trident makes a gum that literally fools the bacteria in thinking it is sugar...it really kills them.
Get your teeth healthy first..then worry about how crooked they are...that can be fixed with time and appliances from your orthodontist.

well surgery would fix the crooked part..
it would only fix the whole rotting problem if you got veneers, but thats very pricey
but i dont think it would help with your breath
use listerine, its strong i know but it kills the bacteria in your mouth
make sure you brush and floss regularly
talk to your dentist about what other options are available to you
you could always get braces as well...but they take time and money
