I have a lot of chronic problems--hypothyroidism, high blood problems and a rascally case of depression that just won't be treated right now. I've tried all the meds, I've tried all the combinations of meds, and I'm miserable and stuck (not a joke). Have you tried acupuncture? Do you think it would help my situation?

acupuncture is excellent for many of the problems you have. You've been through most of western medicines treatments, why not try eastern medicine? I think you will find a big difference.

Ill start with meds....... yes the dr is always quick to give them but dont seem to think of all the side effects....... I know my meds have a long long list of side effects.... and the good effect doesnt seem to add up to enough to matter.

For blood pressure, try a diet high in fruits and veggies and low fat...... get some exercise, and most importantly avoid stress. Pain also makes your blood pressure rise so if your in pain it will make your blood pressure rise.

Once you get to the place you feel stuck....... it gets dangerous from a mental stand point. This is when depression sets in, and you tend to just give up. This is normal but there is help if you seek it.

I have considered acupuncture, but i just cant bring myself to let someone stick needles into me.... I would first try Yoga, or another group like that to learn how to relax....... and lower stress, and if that failed id think about the needles...... Yikes.... ill have nightmares tonight lol. Good luck
