Should I excercise like I do everyday and burn 400 calories and stop eating? It's only like almost 3 pm. I'm on my period and was stressing with cramps now that I think about all I ate I feel so sick. What should I do to not gain any weight tommorrow. I'm 16, 5'2 and last time I weighed myself I was 129lbs! and yesterday before my period I weighed 126lbs!

When I was still having my period therre were days when I ate 5 whole chocolate candy bars and more! 1550 calories is not a lot. Try and eat something reasonably healthy for dinner if you can.

A part of the weight gain is due to retaining water. You will loose it after your period.

If you feel really hungry and find you need to eat, you should pick the right food to eat to make you feel fuller.

That site tells you certain food that make you feel fuller so you better subsitute those snacks with these. When you can, pick food that contain lots of fiber to help you feel full. It also has links and suggestions on how to lose weight in different way. And try to pack away junk food so you don't have to risk being tempted. Don't stop eating, just eat heathier. Yes, keep exercising if you want to lose more weight. And sometimes weight can vary. I would weigh 100 before eating and after I eat it would be 102 or something. Then it would go back to normal. Even though everything but the apple was pure junk, you're not going to gain it in just one day. Eat some more, but just make sure it's real, whole, healthy food. Also, some of your weight might just be from water retention which can be avoided by drinking plenty of water, eating good, real, whole, healthy foods and keeping the sodium intake down.

sugary or fattening
your calorie intake should be slightly more
exercise at least 30 minutes after eating and burning 400 calories might be sufficient

looks like you're having a bad day! don't worry about the weight gain...it'll go down again after the period. i would give your stomach a rest and maybe like 6 or 7:00 (or whenever you think you'll be hungry again) try having like a turkey sandwich (minus the mayo) and a glass of milk. good luck!

Heres what I did and lost 8 pounds in one week.Eat three small portioned meals a day don't eat any sweets at all.go on walks and start doing sit ups and regular exercise every day.
