im dieting and my downfall is im always hungry is there any foods that are more filling or something i can take to help this??? thanks in advance

Food with fiber helps a lot and they give good food that really does fill you up. For example: Pears. They have a lot of fiber and it does make me feel full. I just ate a little bit a while ago. I'm not hungry at all now :)

well have foods that have lots of fiber in it. and have lots of whole grains. and drink a glass of water with and before every meal.

Dieting?..why not eat healthier,and Excersize! its better,and healthier:) ..Try eating more foods with fiber they keep you full longer.Good luck there:)
