Either Ebola or HIV. Ebola kills quicker, but they both are a death sentence since there are no known cures.

In my opinion what I experience is running after money. Most of the patients are in ICU, CCU, by pass, others in jail serving, for quench of money.
Easily earned money gives rise to alcoholism, sex, and rape. These thing were non existent about a century back, life was peaceful and all were happy.
As long as mankind will idolize money calling it a second God there will be AIDs, heart diseases, hypertension, Psychotic disorders etc.
I call it the Pendora's Box.
