If you want to get real colloquial, I've heard gams or gammons... but that may be quite old fashioned (as in, 18th c. usage)

In England, people use the word 'pins' to describe legs, usually in an expresssion like 'She's got a nice pair of pins.' Other than that, I can't help.

Lower limbs is considered to be genteel. Slangily they are called: gams, pins, underpinnings, stumps(if they are chubby), or in some cases, hind-quarters.

Appendages? Limbs? But those are specific to the legs. I can't think of any that are.
