It's Now or Never, I think By: Conway Twitty, could have been Elvis.
That song is too long ago to be sure of which artist sang it. I just remember it playing on the radio in my husbands '57 Ford Fairlane. We always thought the song was funny because it use to come on at just the right opportune time. To this day, when my husband gets a little frisky, to give me a signal, he will sing a few phrases to this song *blush*
