Just having sex with a smoker will not make a non-smoker sick... unless that smoker has some communicable disease (which is typically not related to their smoking).
As far as the effects of second-hand smoke - that's something which doesn't begin unless you experience some fairly long-term exposure to it.

It depends. If you're sensitive to second-hand smoke, and the other party usually smokes in your presence, I would say yes. Second-hand smoking is every bit as dangerous as picking up a cigarette and smoking it yourself. Picture a baby being constantly bombarded by someone who is not smart enough to know the effects, or not considerate enough of the people around them. That is why many companies have no smoking on the premises aside from the risk in insurances. The smoke tends to linger on clothing, skin, and definitely when you kiss them even if they use a breath spray.
I, myself am a non-smoker and I've have been with people who do smoke. They usually smoke (if indoor) next to an exhaust fan which sucks the air right outside or take a walk outside by themselves to do this.
If you have allergies, (even if you don't), breathing the fumes will have negative impact on your breathing abilities. If your partner smokes, then make rules for when you are around them (i.e. no smoking indoors, take a walk outside away from where you live, no smoking in your presence, and please, no smoking while eating). If the person does not respect you enough to do this, then perhaps, it's time to find someone who is a non-smoker.

Yes, but not in any way different from sex with a non-smoker. Smoking-related diseases result from consuming massive amounts of chemicals found in cigarettes, whereas the amount of fluids absorbed from sex is not large enough to pass on any smoking-related illnesses.
The diseases that you can get from sex are all viral. In other words, the fluids transferred through sex can carry viruses like HIV. Things like emphysema aren't viral, so there's nothing in the semen, vaginal fluid, etc., except for the normal matrerials.

No.
My wife smokes, and we've been married for over 13 years, and I'm quite healthy. Chest X-rays are clear, blood pressure is fantastic, no allergies, etc.
