What does that mean? That I will not succeed because I do not follow the Quran?

I have read it without any prejudice. I appear to have the same amount of success as I did before I started. Though I have a better understanding, it did not radically change my life.

That presumes the existence of a god, and that that god is Allah. If a Christian were to read the Quran, what difference would it make?

Both the Bible and the Quran presume the existence of a single deity. Neither book proves that claim.

If there is no god:
There is no heaven, hell, sin, afterlife, 72 virgins, pearly gates, nothing. All the rules and requirements in either book amount to nothing more than one segment of a society trying to control another.
