you be attentive to darned nicely what a 40 5-year-old guy needs with a sixteen-year-old woman. What if she have been 12? while did he start up being involved in her? might you nonetheless be asking if she have been purely 12? You and your daughter ought to pass away your husband or something and he or she needs to pass away YOU and your husband coz you're the two undesirable father and mom. to no longer point out, the guy could arise along with his very own techniques of cheering up while he's getting a divorce. If that includes cheating, it won't contain your daughter. that's for optimistic....

Definitely talk to her parents. If you haven't seen the movie "Crush" starring Alicia Silverstone, I recommend seeing it so you know what you could end up dealing with. Little girls that can't take no for an answer may figure out a way to get what they want or punish you for not wanting her. A 5 year age difference isn't a big deal between adults, but you are talking about a child at 16....jail bait.

Just tell her NO and don't hang out in places that 16 year olds hang out in. There's a girl in my town that's your age that tries to hang out with my 13 year old son, I told her that if she keeps it up I'd have her arrested!! Maybe if you tell the girl's parents about this they may say something to her about it. It might be worth a try if your on good terms with them. Or at the very least it may give you a legal reason to stay away from her, then she wouldn't be able to argue with you.
Hope this helps.

As awkward as it is, tell her parents how you feel. For one, no you cannot become involved with her. And for two telling her parents their daughter wishes to be a girlfriend to a 21 year old will wise them up quick (hopefully). They need to be giving her a bit more structure in life and letting her know whats expected of her.

tell her parents and yours cuz she could say something out of revenge that could land you in jail.....so i would just explain it to her parents that you have tried to tell her that you feel uncomfortable with her actions and she is ignoring them so you have come to them with the problem of there 16 year old. dont fall into a trap and date this girl until she is 18...its not worth going to jail for some chick.

Call law enforcement, speak to them and let them know whats going on, and maybe talk to her parents, you'd be crazy if you didn't do both. Unless you wanna be charged with child molestation or something like that. Not to mention, if she's not taking rejection that well, she could make accusations.

Tell her if you do date then you'll have to go to jail.
Break it to her nicely... say that whilst you think she's a great girl, dating each other would only lead to you both getting into trouble and that you wouldn't want to do that to her.

Well since you think she is stupid then you should just probably avoid her. However... as long as you don['t "do anything" you can still date her with her parents permission.
I dated my husband before I turned "legal" and he was already 21....Dating isn't illegal... it's the sex that is!

Well, if you don't like her you must say that to her. But if you like her go ahead, that is a weird law, but you can wait until she got 18 yrs on the other hand.
