1] avoid this unless you are in agony - hurts like H**L!
2] they do surgery, which involves shoving a huge wad of gauze up there afterwards, and hurts like h**l when they pull it out!
3] probably hurts for a few weeks
OTHER treatments:
1] diet - eat 3 servings of whole grain bread/cereal/rice/pasta a day, 3 servings of beans, leafy or cruciferous [ broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cabbage ] veg, and 2 fruits a day.
2] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
3] take a good quality vitamin with minerals to help heal and protect every day
4] try brewer's yeast in the health food store - mix with juice
5] exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 - 6 times a week
