I'm running out of space on my internal hard drive. To move programs like Photoshop to.....?

my external hard drive, do I have to delete them and reinstall them? Or can I move them like a file without having to delete and reinstall?

Yep, uninstall and reinstall. However moving DATA is much easier . . . .
