Royal Caribbean has a really nice web site where you can pull up an interactive model of the ship that you will be on and look at photos and/or a 360 degrees view of the ship and its features. You should look also on the web site at your specific ship because while many RC ships have the same things available, some are different.
Just go to the web site and click on ships and then select the ship you will be on.

Things that are usually always available:
- pools and hot tubs
- a full service gymnasium with all types of free weights and exercise machines
- a mini-golf course
- a roller blade track or an ice skating rink. If there is an ice rink there will be an ice show like the ice capades
- a rock climbing wall (a RC cruise line exclusive right now)
- a full sized basketball/vollyball court
- table tennis
- a walking/ jogging track
- a show room where there will be a show every evening, one for each dinner seating
- a game room with games and cards provided
- an internet cafe (very expensive)
- a library with books provided or bring your own
- a disco that is open every night starting about 11:00 PM and lasting until the last person leaves.
- a piano bar and a sports bar
- some ships have a pool table (the Radiance class ships)
- all ships will have lounges and cocktails bars at various places on ship
- some ships have a small movie theater and you can also watch movies (most for free) in your cabin.
- free 24/7 room service

Most large ships have nightly intertainment, you will see 1st class shows each evening. The food is great, some of the best in the world. The ships offer many excursions to the different places they visit. There is even on board bars, and shopping. I have never been bored on the ship.
During the days when at sea, they have several silly contest, like the Newly wed game, some version of that. They play bingo, and sometimes offer dance lessons.

It's so great! I went last November on Royal Carribean and believe me, they have so many things to do you won't be able to do it all.
Some things I remember are bingo, trivia contests, karaoke, dance contests, pool contests, instructional things like how to make the towel animals and how to make dollar origami, receptions, late-night parties, etc.
Not to mention the shore excursions when you get to your location. Make sure if you haven't already to go to royalcarribean.com and find your cruise; it'll have lots of detailed information.
Each day on the cruise you will receive a 'newsletter' detailing the activities of the next day. Hope this helps and happy sailing. :)
