Yes, my husband and I together pray for our family and friends to be safe, our pets, the people at church requesting prayers for family or friends, our troops all over the world, my job, forgiveness for our sins, wisdom and strength to do His will. We also pray throughout the day, like before we eat. In my own personal prayers, I also pray for people on Y!A, esp. the non-believers.
coelus003, next time try praying for something less mean and selfish...like for God to soften your heart.

I pray all day long, I babysit and sometimes it can be trying. Praying during the day can help alot. When things are going wrong instead of getting mad I just pray that things will start going right. And they do. Prayer changes things.

And when I wake up..... I pray whatever is burdening me....I also have a prayer list of people with needs that I talk to God about... and some just chit chat.... prayer is talking to God... God is a friend... so at times I just let go on Him with all the cares and woes... sometimes long... sometimes short..... I also do a lot of driving so I talk to Him as I go down the road... whatever in on my mind... good or bad... He is a good listener and at times that is all that is needed.

I talk to him all through out the day and yes occasionally at night right before bed whenever that may be. What I say during prayer is nobodies business except for those involved.

Yes, I do pray before bed, when I wake up, and several times throughout the day. I pray for wisdom, for Him to use me for His will, I thank Him for His many, many blessings, & if I have things bothering me, He makes me feel better. I talk to God like I'm talking to a friend, because He is our best friend & Father.

I try to but I don't always remember, but I pray to God when ever I need to, when ever I feel like I should. When I pray I say the "Our Father", as well as thank the lord for everything he has given me, because a prayer wrapped n thanks will never come unraveled. I also pray for strength, to be a better person and to grow closer to the lord.

sometimes, but if I am in the bed sometimes I go to sleep in the middle. It is better to have a quiet time during the day.
I always thank God first for all the blessings he has brought and what I have as a shelter, food, family, etc. Thank him for his mercy. Then I ask forgiveness for my sins and whatever has disappointed him, then I ask for his mercy on my problems and ask him to guide me, and pray for the really needs in my life, and pray for others.

Prayer to God should be a continuous thing - talk with Him about what is going in in your life and others lives as well.

Before I fall asleep and sometimes as I fall asleep, I pray. I usually first give thanks for all I have and my wonderful situation, for friends family, work, my car, house, fiance, health, food on the table, money in the bank, water, warmth, clothing. I'm thankful for all that and more if I remember not to take it for granted. Then I pray for others' safety and well-being, and also that they are brought closer to God. Then, if I'm still awake, I pray for whatever worries I may have.
