Of course only ONE is in control-Our GOD King of the Earth and entire universe...
Before agreeing with hysterical charges, perhaps we should take another look at the future of planet earth. The biblical one...

And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

"And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory" (Rev. 16:8,9).

Stars burn, until they burn themselves out. Their inner processes are driven by physical processes well known to astrophysicists. If a star (like our Sun) grows suddenly cooler or hotter, it must be because of some natural variation, like gravity, gaseous, or electromagnetic changes.
The religion that places its faith in global stability is about to be smashed. Those who look to a green Earth for their salvation are about to be severely tested. Do you see that?

Yes the sky is falling, and we're about to undergo a huge transformation. The fact that humans can be wiped off the face of the earth is well proven(Aztecs, Egyptians, Atlantis). The sun is the least of our concerns. According to the astrophysicists this event won't occur anytime soon. On the other hand, disease, earthquakes, and meteor strikes are more probable to ending our civilizations. The bible has been teaching us things for close to 1600 years and has proven to be not much more then boring bedtime reading material. I think we as ("the ants") don't have too much say in when we go, but what does it matter to a person with faith. Death is so frightening to some people who have religion, that they always try to second guess when it's coming. If you have faith, what are you so afraid of. That's the real question, that shows the real religion, the real belief. Can you put your life on the line and believe that God will save you. I think you will find that there are not many who can, so you're all fake because you love nothing, but the idea of God and you love nothing else but yourself. That's real, not fairy tale.

Sorry , but you are incorrect.

The Bible makes it clear that the whole world is lying in the power of thew wicked one , , who is Satan.

This world is not run by God , it is Satan and his demonic followers both spirit and fleshly.

Additionally , your interpretation of Revelation is wrong.
While all wicked people and spirits will be destroyed in the battle of Armageddon the Earth and the people that prove to be loyal to God today are what will remain.

Ecclesiastes 1:4 clearly states ¨A generation is going, a generation is coming: but the Earth is standing even to time indefinite¨

So before giving your interpretation from the Bible , its probably a good idea to read it first.

The bible claims have not panned out when compared to evidence available on earth.

Why should we believe its predictions about the future if its explanations of the past appear to be false?

If I told you that we were created by Leprechauns and that we were going to be destroyed shortly by powerful rainbows, would you believe me? Why not?

"The religion that places its faith in global stability is about to be smashed."

I will agree with you. I think its ridiculous to put our faith in global stability. Peace and stability are goals to be worked hard for, not simply hoped and prayed for. Religion is a distraction, a cop-out. It teaches people to simply wish rather than work; to beg an invisible friend rather than demand action from our leaders.

Control, as in what I do and what I think are mine.
Control, as in what you do and what you think is yours.
I read and KNOW the Bible for inspiration.
I KNOW and Love God from within my self.
What you do is up to you.
I love you so I want you to know Love because God is Love.
If you believe in a Pagan God King named Jesus I still love you even though you do not know God nor follow the teachings of Jesus.
If you think the Bible is the "Word of God" I forgive and love you anyway because we by loving are the "Word of God." I will not judge you but you are still an idolater.

Let God live in your life, Love as Jesus taught so you can be his sibling as I am.

I'm in control of me. You're in control of you. We're both liable in court for our own actions.

Simple, huh?

As for your "future," that has nothing to do with religion. Unless you want to say that your God is controling the forces of nature, in which case, I say "Prove it!" Show me the evidence that he's changing and influencing the laws of nature to make things happen.

Let's forget the absurdity of the Bible for a moment. Who are you to say that I need 'salvation'? There is nothing wrong with me. And I don't like you implying that there is. Keep your thoughts about this kind of thing to yourself.

Nope not at all, however sometime in the distant future the sun will eventually start to collapse and start it's death throes. That is, if it's not consumed by black hole or passing galaxy...

If that's true . . then I'm pissed!

He has pushed me into a life of complete failure. I have no hope now to redeem myself and it's not my fault.

On the other hand, if I am in control, then it is my fault and I only have me to blame . . . so let's hope God isn't in control or millions of people in my shoes are going to be pissed.
