Phyllo cups with Hummus; how to garnish?

Ok I have decided to go with serving the hummus in phyllo cups... I have sundried tomato and spinach phyllo cups... What flavors of hummus do you think will go best with these and what do you think will be the best garnish? Thx!

I'd go with plain or roasted garlic hummus and garnish with scallions or cilantro.

Garlic lemon with a kalmata olive.

Dash of olive oil on top, dash of paprika and a kalamata olive.

Roasted red pepper with slices of olives on top...green and / or ripe.
